A satirical publication produced for my dissertation critiquing the ongoing glorification of property investment in the wake a a housing crisis in Auckland.

John Galt Post

The influence of the media on politics became an important driver in my design practice. The John Galt Post in particular explored the political landscape of the Auckland CBD and how the highly publicised events of the time could begin to shape a city. I produced a series of satirical tabloids where political news stories involved architectural decision making. These generated design ideas which then fed into a final proposal.
