Project: The Turret, 2016

The Turret was a successful entry by Eli Lochore-Ward and myself into the New Brighton Tiny Huts Competition in 2016. The brief was for an affordable 2x2m (7x7ft) beach hut to revitalise the New Brighton waterfront. Our proposal included a sitting area inside and an upper level viewing deck. It acted as a nice companion to the neighbouring playground as kids seem to particularly enjoy it.
